Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with an ECE / EEE related technical background and a minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.Handle end-to-end procurement of networking and electronic materials for projects.The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring networking, IT infrastructure, electronic and ELV materials, coordinating with vendors, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop reliable vendors, distributors and OEM partners.
• Obtain and compare multiple quotations based on price, specifications, quality, warranty and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and commercial terms.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for order execution.
• Verify technical specifications and ensure materials meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Stores, Accounts depts.
