Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement for repair services, AMCs, and facility-related requirements.
• Execute CAPEX procurement activities, including quotations, evaluations, negotiations, and PO release.
• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for maintenance and indirect procurement.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Finance, and Stores teams for timely materials and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality, delivery, and contractual compliance.
• Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and ERP documentation.

The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in indirect purchasing within a manufacturing environment and possess strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of indirect materials, including maintenance spares, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) items, consumables, tools, safety items, and general engineering supplies.
• Manage sourcing and procurement for repair services, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and facility-related requirements.
• Execute CAPEX procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and purchase order release.
• Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for maintenance and indirect procurement requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve cost optimization.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Finance, and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and contractual commitments.
