Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is looking for an experienced PROS CPQ Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of PROS Smart CPQ and Smart Price Management across PAN India. You will work with client teams to translate pricing requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure system resiliency.

You will collaborate with IT to integrate PROS CPQ with ERP systems and billing platforms, lead testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and pursue PROS certifications in Quoting and

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on PROS CPQ implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of pricing processes and enterprise workflows.
• Proven ability to integrate PROS CPQ with ERP systems.
• Certification in Quoting and Pricing Advanced Implementation preferred.
• Experience with testing: UAT/SIT.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and continuous improvement of the clients online platform.
• Configure and customize PROS Smart CPQ and Smart Price Management to support enterprise business workflows.
• Work with IT teams to integrate PROS CPQ with ERP and billing platforms like Dynamics and SAP.
• Lead Unit Testing, SIT and UAT activities and resolve issues.
• Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of PROS CPQ solutions.

Requirements

• Experienced PROS CPQ Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of PROS Smart CPQ and Smart Price Management solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in the PROS platform, hands-on implementation experience, and a solid understanding of enterprise pricing processes.
• Configure and customize PROS Smart CPQ and Smart Price Management to support enterprise business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Quote Designer and Document Designer.
• Configure Master Price Lists, Pricing Methods, Lookups, and Approval Workflows within Smart Price Management.
• Work with IT teams to integrate PROS CPQ with upstream and downstream systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP ERP, and billing platforms.
• Gather requirements and translate complex pricing and sales requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance challenges related to quote generation and price calculations.
• Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of PROS CPQ solutions.
• Official PROS certifications in Quoting and Pricing Advanced Implementation.
• Hands-on experience with PROS CPQ implementation and configuration.
