Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Bengaluru (PAN India) seeks a seasoned CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead to drive design, validation and governance of CPQ/CLM implementations across Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, and SAP.

You will lead workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements, manage traceability, and define SIT/UAT/testing strategies. This is a functional leadership role with testing governance, coordinating with Architects and enterprise teams for objective alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• 3+ years supporting CPQ/CLM implementations.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to document requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP integrations.
• Strong testing governance and end-to-end testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional validation of contract requests, generation, and CPQ/CLM handoffs.
• Coordinate with Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP, and middleware teams.
• Define SIT, UAT, regression, and Go-Live testing strategy.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, data requirements, and validation scripts.
• Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Lead UAT execution and provide status and metrics.
• Ensure alignment of quote-to-cash processes and sales workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
  
• 3+ years of experience supporting CPQ and/or CLM implementations.
  
• Experienced CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead to join the core project team and provide functional leadership across requirements management, business process validation, integration coordination, and testing governance.
  
• Work closely with the Client Architect, Program Manager, Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  
• This is primarily a functional leadership and testing governance role, with no primary responsibility for hands-on development or configuration.
  
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and document business processes, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and PROS CPQ/Conga CLM capabilities.
  
• Support process standardization and harmonization across business units.
  
• Maintain requirements traceability from solution design through deployment.
  
• Work with the Client Architect to ensure the proposed solution aligns with business objectives.
  
• Provide functional leadership across PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, and Salesforce.
  
• Support processes covering quote creation, product configuration, pricing, discounts, approvals, quote generation, and sales process alignment.
  
• Lead functional validation of contract requests, contract generation, approval routing, contract lifecycle management, and CPQ-to-CLM handoffs.
  
• Ensure alignment between Salesforce Opportunity-to-Quote processes, customer/account data, user experience, and business workflows.
  
• Coordinate with Architecture and technical teams across Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, SAP, Middleware, and Enterprise Reporting/Data Lake.
  
• Review integration requirements and validate end-to-end business process flows.
  
• Identify upstream and downstream process impacts and support integration testing.
  
• Assist with defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
  
• Define and maintain the overall SIT, UAT, Regression, and Go-Live testing strategy.
  
• Establish testing governance, entry/exit criteria, test plans, and execution processes.
  
• Develop and review test scenarios, test scripts, test data requirements, and business process validation scripts.
  
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across Salesforce, PROS CPQ, Conga CLM, and SAP integrations.
  
• Lead SIT and UAT execution, coordinate defect triage, track defect resolution, and provide testing status and metrics.
  
• Escalate critical risks, blockers, and defects to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Support business validation, user sign-off, deployment readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities.
  
• Ensure business stakeholders are prepared for solution adoption.
  
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Enterprise Architects, Business Process Owners, Salesforce, Conga CLM, SAP, PROS, and implementation teams.
  
• Strong experience leading UAT and end-to-end testing programs.
  
• Experience working with System Integrators and large enterprise transformation programs.
  
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC), CPQ, CLM, Sales Operations, Pricing, and Approval Processes.
  
• Experience in requirements management and business process modelling.
  
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Conga CLM, and PROS CPQ; PROS CPQ experience is preferred.
  
• Understanding of SAP integration, APIs, data migration, and data validation.
