Job summary

ViralChilly is seeking a creative, energetic UGC Content Creator based in Jaipur to own content for D2C brands and clients. You will be in front of the camera, craft scripts and video concepts, and coordinate shoots with influencers and the design team.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Hindi with strong storytelling and social media trend sense, ready to post consistently and drive engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle Viral Chilly’s social media page and content calendar.
• Write scripts, hooks, captions and video concepts.
• Create ad creatives and video ads for D2C brands.
• Plan, coordinate and arrange shoots for D2C brands and campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers/content creators for shoots and collaborations.
• Research current Instagram/Reels trends, sounds, formats and ideas.
• Participate in shoots and appear on camera when needed.
• Coordinate with editing/design team to deliver content on time.
• Post regularly and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Develop content ideas based on brand goals, audience and performance.
• Track content performance and propose new ideas.

Job description

We are looking for a creative and confident UGC Content Creator who can take ownership of Viral Chilly’s social media content and create engaging content for our D2C brands and clients.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, have a good understanding of social media trends, and be able to take an idea from concept script shoot edit posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage Viral Chilly’s social media page and content calendar.
• Write creative and engaging scripts, hooks, captions and video concepts.
• Create ad creatives and video ads for D2C brands.
• Plan, coordinate and arrange shoots for D2C brands and campaigns.
• Coordinate with influencers/content creators for brand shoots and collaborations.
• Research current Instagram/Reels trends, sounds, formats and content ideas.
• Participate in shoots and confidently appear on camera whenever required.
• Coordinate with the editing/design team to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Regularly post and maintain consistency across social media platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas based on brand goals, audience and performance.
• Track content performance and suggest new ideas based on what works.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and social media trends.
• Good creative thinking and storytelling skills.
• Ability to write engaging scripts and hooks.
• Basic understanding of video editing and content creation.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and content requirements.
• Previous experience in UGC, social media, influencer marketing or content creation will be an advantage
