• Identify risks, deviations, and gaps in technical and commercial submissions.
• Lead cross-functional coordination (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal) for approvals and clarifications.
• Develop, update, and enforce tendering standards, templates, and checklists.
• Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across bids.
• Support Bid Managers with guidance on compliance, documentation structure, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor tender timelines and ensure readiness for timely, error‑free submissions.
• Mentor and support the team to strengthen quality mindset and process discipline.
