Job summary

Preet Brothers in Uttar Pradesh, India seeks a proactive proposals specialist to lead end-to-end bid processes. You will engage with clients to capture technical and commercial needs, manage RFP/RFQ responses, and coordinate with Design, Engineering and Commercial teams to develop competitive submissions for Rolling Mill, Flat Mill, CNC and VMC projects.

The role requires reviewing specifications, addressing gaps, and guiding the proposal team to meet deadlines while continuously improving

Qualifications

• Responsibilities center on proposal development and client engagement.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for technical bids.
• Experience in managing RFP/RFQ responses and negotiations.

• Review customer specifications, identify gaps and coordinate technical clarifications.
• Provide technically sound responses to client queries and support proposal negotiations.
• Lead and guide the proposal team while ensuring timely submission within customer deadlines.
• Continuously improve proposal processes, quality and turnaround time.
