Job summary

Knight Frank India is seeking an experienced Property Manager – Technical to oversee technical operations and infrastructure maintenance at an Industrial Park in Hosur.

You will manage HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, fire and life safety systems, and other building services, ensure preventive maintenance, and monitor energy usage and operational efficiency. The role also requires strong vendor management and client coordination to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property/Facility Management preferably in industrial parks or large commercial facilities
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, utilities and building infrastructure
• Experience managing large commercial properties or industrial parks preferred
• Good leadership, vendor management and client coordination skills
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, EHS and technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical operations and maintenance of the industrial park
• Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, pumps, STP/WTP, fire and life safety systems and other building infrastructure
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedule
• Monitor equipment performance, utilities, energy consumption and operational efficiency
• Manage technical vendors, AMC contractors and service partners
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards and adherence to SLAs
• Conduct technical inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Handle breakdowns, escalations and emergencies
• Manage technical manpower, budgets, spare parts and maintenance records
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations

• Monitor equipment performance, utilities, energy consumption, and operational efficiency.
• Manage technical vendors, AMC contractors, and service partners.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to operational SLAs.
• Conduct technical inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Handle breakdowns, technical escalations, and emergency situations.
• Manage technical manpower, budgets, spare parts, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience in Property Management / Facility Management, preferably in industrial parks or large commercial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, utilities, building infrastructure, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in managing large commercial properties or industrial parks is preferred.
• Good leadership, vendor management, and client coordination skills.
