Job summary

Colliers in Peenya Bangalore is seeking a technically adept facilities professional to manage day-to-day operations of a property/facility. The role covers maintenance of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire & safety, with emphasis on preventive and breakdown maintenance, safety compliance, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure.
• Experience with HVAC and BMS preferred.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

• Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire & safety systems.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
• Monitor performance of technical service providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and track expenses.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of building systems.
• Handle emergency situations and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain records of equipment, AMC contracts, and service reports.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, and internal teams for technical requirements.
