Job summary

Lisa Home Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to manage landlord and tenant relationships, tickets, and property operations in Pune. You will coordinate vendors, handle move-ins/outs, renewals, and final settlements, all while maintaining precise records in Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong written English, and the ability to work with Marathi and Hindi speakers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a book of properties, residents or clients.

• Conversational Marathi and Hindi.
• Stability: previous role for 18+ months, own two-wheeler with license, commute under an hour to Pimple Saudagar.

Responsibilities

• Own the landlord and tenant ticket queue end to end.
• Coordinate plumbers, electricians, painters, pest control and AMCs and verify work.
• Move-in and move-out inspections, handover and documentation.
• Reconcile deposits and final settlements between landlord and tenant.
• Track renewal dates and initiate renewals 60 days prior to expiry.
• Be the primary contact for landlords and tenants, and maintain up-to-date records in Zoho Desk/CRM.

Roles and responsibilities

• Service desk Own the landlord and tenant ticket queue end to end. Diagnose, assign the vendor, chase, close and confirm with the client. All written replies go from Zoho Desk, never personal WhatsApp.
• Maintenance and vendors Appoint, coordinate and follow up plumbers, electricians, painters, pest control and AMCs. Verify the work before closing the ticket.
• Move-in and move-out Inspection with the field executive, keys, meter and society formalities, documentation and handover.
• Final settlement Reconcile deposit deductions with accounts, negotiate the settlement between landlord and tenant, and get it agreed in writing.
• Renewals Track expiry dates, open the renewal conversation 60 days out, brief the agreement vendor at least 30 days before expiry, and close the paperwork before the lease lapses. Record the reason for every non-renewal at the time it happens.
• Landlord relationship – The named point of contact for approximately 150 landlords and 150 tenants. Proactive contact, not only complaint response.
• Records – Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM accurate and current. Anything not in the system did not happen.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years owning a book of properties, residents or clients — where people came to you by name, not a queue you worked through. Society Managers, Facility Executives, property/portfolio executives and client servicing professionals are a strong fit.
• Written English good enough to answer a landlord unaided. Our replies are permanent and forwardable. You will write a short reply to a landlord complaint as part of the interview.
• Anticipates rather than reacts — you notice the property that is heading for trouble and make the call before the complaint arrives. This is the part of the job we care most about.
• Follows through without being chased. Comfortable coordinating plumbers, electricians, society offices and vendors until the work is actually done and verified, and comfortable working inside a ticketing system or CRM (we will teach you ours).
• Stability and the basics — at least one previous role you stayed in for 18 months or more, conversational Marathi and Hindi, your own two-wheeler and a valid licence, and a commute of under an hour to Pimple Saudagar.
