Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and Events.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, staff scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage guest relations, complaints, and service recovery to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, procurement, and operational cost controls.
• Coordinate with corporate teams for sales, marketing, business development, and operational reporting.
• Identify and drive revenue opportunities through F&B initiatives and enhanced guest experiences.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all property operations.
• Maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day resort operations.

• Strong guest service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, hospitality PMS/reservation software, and operational reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple departments effectively.
• Willingness to relocate and stay at the property in Mulshi, Maharashtra.
