Serene Waters in Kerala's picturesque resort setting is seeking an Operations Manager for a pre-opening property. You will oversee daily resort operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive efficiency across all departments.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a diverse team, monitor revenues and expenses, and coordinate across departments to achieve opening milestones and sustainable growth. Prior hospitality operations experience is essential for this role.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate between departments.
• Good knowledge of hotel/resort operations.
