Pandit Resorts in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Srushti Farms in Vashind. The role covers front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest experience, with staff leadership and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years hotel/resort management experience.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Srushti Farms. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage resort operations while ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
• Ensure smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
• Supervise and coordinate with resort staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage staff schedules, duty rosters, and shift requirements.
• Monitor guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and overall guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service throughout the property.
• Coordinate with the sales and reservations team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor daily resort operations, bookings, occupancy, and revenue.
• Ensure proper coordination between different departments.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational issues, staff requirements, and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Take quick and effective decisions during operational or guest-related situations.
• Prepare and share operational reports with management as required.

Candidate Profile

• An experienced hospitality professional with strong resort/hotel management experience.
• Presentable, confident, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• A good leader capable of managing and motivating a team.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Organized and capable of handling multiple operational responsibilities.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for the resort's day-to-day operations.
• Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in hotel/resort management or a similar hospitality management role.
• Previous experience as a Resort Manager / Hotel Manager / Operations Manager / Front Office Manager will be preferred.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• English, Hindi, and Marathi are mandatory.
• Candidate should be presentable and professional.
• Good knowledge of resort/hotel operations.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to prepare operational reports.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Candidate must be willing to work full-time from the Vashind location.
• Male candidates preferred.
