Job summary

Pasban — The Gatekeeper invites a Duty Manager to join our upcoming boutique wellness property in Mulshi, about an hour from Pune. You will oversee front desk operations, guest relations from pre-arrival to post-departure, and coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and wellness teams to keep the guest journey seamless.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in front office at a hotel or resort, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Duty Manager role.
• Hands-on with a PMS (IDS, Opera or similar), night audit and daily reports.
• Experience at boutique, resort or wellness-led property is a strong plus.
• Warm, unhurried presence; sets the tone of a stay in the first five minutes.
• Comfortable relocating to and living in Mulshi.

What you'll do

• Run the front desk day to day: arrivals, departures, room assignments, upselling and billing
• Be the second-in-command of the rooms division and lead the shift in the manager's absence
• Own guest relations from pre-arrival to post-departure, including special requests and recovery
• Handle reservations coordination, night audit, cashiering and daily reporting on the PMS
• Roster, train and supervise the front office team
• Work closely with housekeeping, F&B and the wellness team so the guest journey stays seamless
