The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of hospitality experience, a strong leadership record, and a focus on compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 10–15 years of experience in resort/hospitality operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
• Lead and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance, Security, and Finance teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Drive sales initiatives, corporate partnerships, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and service quality to enhance the resort's reputation.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, health & safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff.
• Prepare business reports, operational MIS, financial reports, and performance analysis for management.
• Coordinate with vendors, government authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
