Job summary

iVenus is hiring a Property Acquisition Executive to drive Surat-based retail expansion. The role focuses on sourcing and evaluating commercial properties, negotiating terms, and coordinating cross-functional teams to close deals.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years in retail property acquisition or commercial leasing, strong negotiation and networking skills, and a willingness to travel for site visits.

• Identify and source commercial properties for new retail stores.
• Evaluate locations based on footfall, catchment, visibility, accessibility, and competition.
• Build relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and mall management.
• Conduct property visits and prepare feasibility reports.
• Negotiate rent, deposits, lease terms, CAM and other commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Projects, and Operations for property closure.
• Maintain the property pipeline and ensure timely acquisition as per expansion targets.
