Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new hotel opportunities
  • Source suitable commercial properties for opening new hotels in the assigned region.
  • Evaluate potential locations based on business viability and growth potential.
  • Negotiate commercials and finalize property acquisition deals.
• Build and manage partner relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, brokers, and consultants.
  • Create mutually beneficial partnerships to support business growth.
  • Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate property onboarding
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of new properties.
  • Track progress and drive end-to-end closure of property launches.
  • Ensure all operational requirements are completed on time.
• Support legal and documentation processes
  • Coordinate legal due diligence and required documentation.
  • Facilitate contract execution and property sign-offs.
• Monitor portfolio performance
  • Review the performance of existing properties and operators.
  • Identify areas of improvement to enhance business contribution and profitability.
  • Recommend corrective actions wherever required.
• Drive expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth through new acquisitions and existing partner networks.
