Job summary

Dr. Lime is seeking a Projects Manager (Electrical) to lead electrical execution for our new Quicklime and Hydrated Lime plant in Berathal Kalan, Nagaur, Rajasthan. You will manage HT/LT scope on site from installation to commissioning.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in electrical project execution, hands-on PLC/SCADA experience and a track record in plant electrical installation and commissioning. On-site role with ISO-aligned safety practices.

Qualifications

• B.tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5–8 years of electrical project execution experience.
• HT and LT project execution experience essential.
• Plant electrical installation and commissioning experience preferred.
• Hands-on with PLC, SCADA and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute HT and LT electrical scope on site from installation through testing and commissioning.
• Oversee installation of motors, MCC, PCC, transformers, switchgear and distribution systems.
• Support PLC, SCADA and control systems commissioning.
• Manage cabling, earthing, panel installation and terminations to specification.
• Review drawings and vendor docs; resolve site queries.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, instrumentation and vendor teams.
• Supervise contractor manpower, quality and schedule progress.
• Carry out pre-commissioning checks and fault troubleshooting.
• Maintain electrical documentation and as-built drawings.
• Enforce electrical safety standards per ISO 45001.

About the role

We are looking for a Projects Manager (Electrical) to lead electrical execution for our new Quicklime and Hydrated Lime manufacturing plant at Berathal Kalan, Dist. Nagaur.

You will handle HT and LT electrical scope on site, from installation through testing, commissioning and handover, including motors, switchgear, distribution systems and plant control systems.

What you will be responsible for

• Executing HT and LT electrical scope on site, from installation through testing and commissioning
• Overseeing installation of motors, MCC, PCC, transformers, switchgear and distribution systems
• Supporting installation and commissioning of PLC, SCADA and control systems
• Managing cabling, earthing, panel installation and terminations to specification
• Reviewing electrical drawings, single line diagrams and vendor documentation, and resolving site queries
• Coordinating with mechanical, civil, instrumentation and vendor teams
• Supervising contractor manpower, work quality and progress against schedule
• Carrying out pre-commissioning checks, testing and fault troubleshooting
• Maintaining electrical documentation, test records and as-built drawings
• Enforcing electrical safety standards across all site work, in line with our ISO 45001 systems

What we are looking for

• B.Tech, B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of electrical project execution experience
• Strong HT and LT project execution background
• Experience in plant electrical installation and commissioning
• Working knowledge of motors, MCC, PCC, transformers and switchgear
• Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA and control systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing site teams

Preferred

• Experience in lime, cement or minerals processing plants
• Exposure to greenfield electrical installation
• Comfort working at a plant location in Nagaur district, Rajasthan
