Job summary

Shakti Hormann Pvt Ltd in Bangalore & Coimbatore is seeking experienced Project Sales professionals to drive business development in building materials, including hollow metal doors and glazed/industrial doors.

You will engage with architects, consultants, builders, developers, contractors and PMC firms, manage enquiries through order closure, and coordinate quotations, specifications and site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling building materials or doors (HMD/industrial/glazed) is preferred.
• Account development and relation-building with architects, consultants, builders, developers, contractors and PMC firms.

Responsibilities

• Drive project sales and business development for building material products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, contractors and PMC firms.
• Generate project enquiries and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and ensure product specifications in projects.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
• Negotiate with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical requirements, order execution and collections.
• Willingness to travel for project/site visits.

Job Summary

• Selling Building materials or Doors i.e., Hollow Metal Doors (HMD)/ Industrial doors (ID) and Glazed Doors. Aspirants who have worked in specification & technical sales of varied doors or similar line of activity would be preferred.
• Involves Business Development including Project selling in Industrial equipments/ building materials viz., Fire rated doors, UPVC doors & windows, Boards, Facades, Aluminium Composite Panels, Glass and Architectural glazing system, aluminium cladding, wires, cables, etc.
• To communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization.
