Job summary

KatalAiser is seeking a sales-driven professional in Chennai to oversee unit sales, provide clear pricing and delivery information during site visits, and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

You will collaborate with back-office, legal and accounts to streamline documentation, manage payments, and nurture client relationships to achieve targets. Daily Salesforce updates are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the prompt sale of units within the designated project.
• Provide accurate pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications during site visits and via phone/email.
• Collaborate with back-office, legal and accounts to streamline documentation and resolve customer issues.
• Manage existing payment collections and ensure timely processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive referrals and sales targets.
• Update client and sales data daily on Salesforce.

How can you make an Impact?

• Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project.
• Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications through site visits, while addressing customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated timeframes.
• Collaborate with back-office, legal, and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients to foster referrals and achieve sales objectives.
• Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily.
