Job summary

Maxtalent is seeking a target-driven sales professional in Tamil Nadu to oversee unit sales within a designated project. You will visit sites, provide pricing, delivery timelines and specifications, and respond to inquiries promptly by phone or email. You will coordinate with back-office, legal and accounts to streamline documentation and ensure smooth collections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project.
• Provide clear pricing, delivery schedules, and specs via site visits; answer inquiries by phone/email within timeframe.
• Collaborate with back-office, legal and accounts to streamline documentation and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage payment collections and ensure timely remittance.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to generate referrals and hit targets.
• Update client and sales data on Salesforce daily.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project.
• 2. Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications through site visits, while addressing customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated timeframes.
• 3. Collaborate with back-office, legal, and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• 4. Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution.
• 5. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients to foster referrals and achieve sales objectives.
• 6. Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily.
