• Oversee logistics, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.

Project Procurement Sr. Manager
For Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) EPC projects
|15 - 20 years |Delhi | Full-time |

Role overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) /LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) projects.
• Lead, mentor & supervise procurement professionals across locations.
• Vendor Management, identify, evaluate, and prequalify vendors, global Sourcing. Build strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, local and international suppliers.
• Lead sourcing for critical packages, long lead items and major equipment.
• Drive RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiation strategies, and finalization. Manage contractual risks, claims mitigation, delivery terms, and price agreements
• Oversee logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding & delivery timelines.
• Work closely with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Construction & Project Controls teams.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Education: B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Full time)

Experience: 10+ years of procurement experience in specialized industrial projects like Pharma/ Cleanroom/ Solar/ Semiconductor / Data centers shall be preferred

Knowledge: Well conversant with SCM in MEP systems (HVAC, Clean Room, Indoor Climate Control, HT/LT, DG, UPS, Fire, BMS) and relevant codes/standards. Familiarity with ERP procurement modules.
