Job summary

Avant Garde Cleanroom and Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd (ACES) is seeking a QA/QC Sr. Manager to lead the QA/QC function across all MEP EPC projects in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai and other sites.

You will oversee PQPs, ITPs, audits, and supplier submittals to ensure compliance with codes and client specifications. The role requires 10+ years in QA/QC with at least 6 years in Pharma, Cleanroom, Li-Ion Battery, Solar, Semiconductor or data centers, and strong leadership, communication,

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (full-time).
• 10+ years overall experience with 6+ years in MEP QA/QC on large projects.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, codes and standards; NDT Level-2; strong auditing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the QA/QC function across all project sites and ensure alignment with organizational quality goals.
• Lead the QA/QC function across HVAC, Cleanroom, and MEP sites ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage Project Quality Plans (PQPs) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, ELV/BMS).
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to drawings, method statements, and codes.
• Manage QA/QC documents, NCRs, audit reports, and material submittals.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and integrated system performance; guide and train QC inspectors/engineers.

QA/QC Sr. Manager

For Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) EPC projects

15-20 years |Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore & Mumbai |Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the QA/QC function across all project sites and ensure alignment with organizational quality goals. Lead the QA/QC function across all HVAC, Cleanroom, and MEP project sites, ensuring adherence to organizational quality standards
• Develop, implement, and manage Project Quality Plans (PQPs) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, ELV/BMS).
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections (receipt, installation), and physical verification, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, method statements, and codes.
• Manage QA/QC documents, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), audit reports, material submittals, and technical reports.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and integrated system performance to ensure reliability and safety.
• Guide and train QC inspectors/engineers, manage their performance, and ensure adherence to quality processes. Ensure all works meet local codes, international standards and client specifications.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Education: B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Full time)

Experience: 10+ years of overall experience, with significant time in MEP QA/QC roles. 6+ years in specialized projects like Pharma/ Cleanroom/ Li-Ion Battery / Solar/ Semiconductor / Data centres shall be preferred

Knowledge: Well conversant with MEP systems (HVAC, Clean Room, Indoor Climate Control, HT/LT, DG, UPS, Fire, BMS) and relevant codes/standards. NDT Level-2 certificate. Strong auditing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
