Job summary

Avant Garde Cleanroom and Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd (ACES) is hiring a Site Engineer for on-site MEP EPC projects across Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. You will oversee HVAC, cleanroom, and MEP installations, ensuring alignment with drawings, codes, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The role focuses on daily progress tracking, documentation, and adherence to safety protocols, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharma/cleanroom/

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant MEP project experience preferred (Pharma/ Cleanroom/ Li‑Ion Battery/ Solar/ Semiconductor).
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, AutoCAD, and email drafting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors and on-site work for HVAC, Cleanroom, and MEP installations per drawings and specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and quality standards; integrate MEP with architectural/structural designs.
• Monitor ducting, piping, electrical, and equipment installation progress daily.
• Maintain site reports, material usage records, and documentation.
• Support QA/QC activities including inspections, testing, and reporting.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment on site.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in toolbox talks.
• Assist Store in charge with material receipt checks and inventory accuracy.

For Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) EPC projects
|3 – 5 years |Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore & Mumbai |Full-time| On-site|

Role overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors and on-site work for executing HVAC, Cleanroom, and MEP installation works as per project drawings and specifications.
• Ensure systems meet codes, specifications, and quality standards. Integrate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs
• Monitor day‑to‑day progress of ducting, piping, electrical, and equipment installation activities.
• Maintain daily site reports, material usage records, and documentation.
• Support QA/QC activities including inspections, testing, and reporting
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of materials and equipment on site.
• Follow safety protocols and support toolbox talks and awareness programs.
• Assists Store in charge in checking the completeness of the received materials, identification of any damaged, short received materials etc. Reviewing material inward / outward register on daily basis.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Education: B.E. / B. Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience of MEP projects in Pharma/ Cleanroom/ Li-Ion Battery / Solar/ Semiconductor industries shall be preferred

Knowledge: Tools like MS Office, MS Projects, AutoCAD, Email Drafting
