• 8+ years of experience in program management, research operations, customer programs, design operations, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement and Panels- Coordinate with customers, researchers, product teams, ops partners, and other internal stakeholders to keep engagements moving.
• Program Operations and Coordination
• Create playbooks, ADO trackers, calendars, newsletters, report-outs, and other operating mechanisms that improve visibility and follow-through.
• Support workshops, research programs, horizontal initiatives, and recurring program rhythms across teams.
• Process, Reporting, and Improvements- Track dashboards, program health, customer activity, risks, dependencies, and open actions proactively.
