Job summary

SolarSquare in Bengaluru/Bangalore and Mumbai is seeking a Growth Operations/Program Manager to own cross-functional growth and operations initiatives. You will diagnose issues, drive execution, and deliver measurable KPI improvements across Sales, Ops, Product, and Finance.

You will build dashboards, coordinate across teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate planning and documentation, ensuring timely, data-driven decisions. The role requires ownership of ambiguous projects with impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in program management, business operations, growth operations, or equivalent execution-heavy roles.
• Proof of independently owning at least one ambiguous project end-to-end with measurable impact.
• Skills: Advanced AI tools, Excel Data Analysis.

Role Objective:

Own cross-functional growth and operations problems end-to-end.

This role is for a self-starter who can independently diagnose issues, run execution, and deliver measurable KPI improvement.

Core Outcomes (First 6 Months):

• Run structured experiments, derive insights and execute actionables


• Reduce execution delays by improving handoffs across Sales, Ops, Product, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify top bottlenecks in growth and operations using data and stakeholder input.


• Build and maintain dashboards/trackers for program visibility and decision-making.


• Use advanced AI tools for analysis, planning, documentation, and workflow acceleration.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in program management, business operations, growth operations, or equivalent execution-heavy roles.


• Proof of independently owning at least one ambiguous project end-to-end with measurable impact.

Good to Have:

• SQL or BI tool familiarity.


• Experience in energy, climate, marketplace, or consumer operations.
