Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs across product, engineering, operations, and platform teams.

The role emphasizes driving operational excellence, workflow optimization, AI-powered support experiences, and strong stakeholder collaboration, with hands-on Jira/Confluence usage and governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Product Operations, Knowledge Management, Operations Enablement, or similar roles.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence is required.
• Strong understanding of program management practices, including roadmap planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive communications.
• Experience driving operational process improvements and building scalable workflows.
• Ability to translate business and operational challenges into structured requirements and actionable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing teams across multiple functions.
• Experience developing metrics, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics while ensuring timely execution.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, tracking, reporting, and delivery using Jira and Confluence.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, documentation standards, and program health reporting.
• Coordinate release readiness activities, operational launches, process improvements, and change management efforts.
• Work with subject matter experts to convert fragmented information into structured, maintainable, and scalable operational documentation.
• Support initiatives involving workflow automation, AI-powered operations, agentic workflows, model evaluation, and prompt optimization.
• Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into operational performance, knowledge health, and program outcomes.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership teams
