Tritonexec is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to drive strategic and operational initiatives across executive search operations, analytics, and process excellence. This hybrid Gurugram-based role focuses on bringing structure to ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and leveraging AI and automation to boost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in PM/Operations or Talent Operations, with strong communication and global project experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management, PMO, Operations, or Talent Operations.
• Proven experience managing global projects or operations.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Planner and reporting in Workday is a plus.
• Able to build dashboards, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge repositories.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-starting, comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global initiatives from planning through execution and closure, or manage large-scale operations within a service delivery environment.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, recruiters, research teams, clients, suppliers, and cross-functional partners across time zones.
• Design and implement AI and automation to improve reporting, dashboards, and processes; assess AI outputs critically.

Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised, execution-focused Project Manager to drive strategic and operational initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of project management, executive search operations, analytics, and process excellence. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and use AI and automation to improve efficiency, all with the energy and pace this role demands. Experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Consulting, or similar client-driven environments is preferred.

Contract: 1 year, extendable based on performance.

Location: Gurugram, hybrid.

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

1. End-to-End Programme & Operations Management
   Lead global initiatives from planning through execution and closure, or manage large-scale operations within a service delivery environment. Strong on project coordination, scheduling, governance, reporting, and risk tracking, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping quality.
2. Global Stakeholder Management
   Manage and influence stakeholders across geographies. Coordinate with senior leadership, Directors, recruiters, research teams, clients, suppliers, and cross-functional partners. Strong communication and relationship management, driving alignment across time zones.
3. AI & Automation for Productivity
   Experience using automation and AI to improve processes and outputs, not just familiarity with the tools. Hands‑on with Claude and Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, build dashboards, generate documentation, and streamline processes. Able to spot automation opportunities, redesign workflows around them, and critically assess AI output rather than accept it at face value. Comfortable staying current with emerging AI tools relevant to talent operations, and able to upskill others on their use.

Working Model:

• Hybrid: 3 days a week from Gurugram (Tues & Thurs fixed, plus one flexible day)
• Able to flex working hours as needed to operate across the India to US West Coast timezone range
