Job summary

• Experience in managed services programs and large accounts with focus on consistency and risk mitigation.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior leadership worldwide.
• Demonstrated strength resolving stakeholder conflicts using negotiation and structured communication.
• Hands-on governance frameworks to maintain SLA adherence and operational excellence.
• High interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance managed services delivery.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and supporting technologies.
• Experience producing and maintaining reports and dashboards for senior leaders.
• Experience with process improvement and automation efforts; Proficiency in Jira workflows, dashboards, and queries.
• Familiarity with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
