Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Zoho implementation projects (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects).
• Lead and manage a team of implementation executives and developers.
• Translate client business needs into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and high quality.
• Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and automation.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Contribute to scaling delivery operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management / Team Handling
