Job summary

Automate Accounts is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Zoho Implementation to lead end-to-end Zoho projects for international clients. You will combine PM, client management, BA, and Zoho expertise to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed solutions.

Responsibilities include managing multiple Zoho initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on time, within scope and budget while ensuring high client satisfaction. This role is fully remote in India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT Project Management experience, preferably in consulting or implementation.
• 3+ years hands-on Zoho experience across CRM, Books, One, Creator or Desk.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design skills.
• Experience handling international clients and multi-project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Zoho implementation projects across CRM, Books, One, Creator and Desk.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, resources and success metrics.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules and allocation of resources.
• Manage 3–5 projects concurrently with budget, scope and quality.
• Be the primary client contact; manage expectations and escalations.
• Conduct discovery sessions, translate requirements into BRDs and blueprints.
• Coordinate Zoho developers, consultants, analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Lead weekly status meetings and drive testing, UAT, training and go-live.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans and address issues promptly.
• Monitor profitability, utilization and client satisfaction; maintain governance.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Zoho Implementation to lead end-to-end Zoho implementation and digital transformation projects for international clients.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project management, client management, business analysis, and Zoho expertise. You will work closely with business owners and leadership teams to understand their operational challenges, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, with high-quality deliverables and strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects across the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and custom integrations.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage 3–5 implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality are maintained.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, project updates, and escalations.
• Conduct client discovery sessions and workshops to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear solution designs, process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), implementation plans, and solution blueprints.
• Work closely with Zoho Developers, Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, Accountants, and other stakeholders to coordinate project delivery.
• Assign tasks, track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure effective collaboration across project teams.
• Lead weekly client status meetings, covering project progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, user training, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and elevate critical issues when required.
• Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to project governance and delivery standards.
• Continuously improve project management processes, frameworks, documentation, and delivery best practices.
• Identify opportunities for client retention, expansion, and additional Zoho solutions where relevant.
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within a consulting or implementation environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho and the Zoho ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and third-party/custom integrations.
• Proven experience managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with international clients, preferably across markets such as Canada, USA, and other global markets.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Ability to independently conduct client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Experience preparing BRDs, process maps, solution blueprints, project plans, and implementation documentation.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading project review meetings, steering committees, and weekly status calls.
• Experience coordinating developers, consultants, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project risks, dependencies, scope management, timelines, and delivery governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote and fast‑paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Zoho integrations, APIs, automation, and custom development.
• Experience in digital transformation or business process automation projects.
• Previous experience in a Zoho consulting/implementation partner environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
