You will coordinate with implementation, development and support units, manage risks, engage stakeholders, and ensure quality through testing and handover, leveraging Zoho ecosystem expertise to deliver enterprise software with measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business related field.
• 5–10+ years of proven experience managing technology or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of proven experience managing technology, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, HRMS, FINANCE, or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
