We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager / Team Lead who brings strong expertise across Zoho products and can lead implementation projects from kickoff to delivery. This role requires a mix of project management, client handling, and team leadership in a fast‑paced startup environment.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Zoho implementation projects (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, etc.)
• Lead and manage a team of implementation executives and developers
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
• Drive daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and progress tracking (Agile environment)
• Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve project challenges
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, custom functions, and automation
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal and client stakeholders
• Improve processes and contribute to scaling delivery operations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management / Team Handling
• Strong hands‑on experience with the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.)
• Proven experience managing developers and implementation teams
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
