Job summary

Licious in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee retail fit-outs across the region. You will deliver new store openings, renovations and relocations to agreed cost, quality and timeline, and hand sites over ready for operations.

The role requires strong on-site execution, vendor management, and the ability to coordinate across civil, interiors, MEP, refrigeration, signage, and clearances; travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of project management experience in retail, QSR, hospitality or food processing fit-out.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong on-site execution and vendor management, able to run multiple sites in parallel.
• Working knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, measurement and billing.
• Able to read and mark up layouts and services drawings.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project or equivalent, and Excel.
• Willing to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive vendor and contractor performance on manpower, material availability, workmanship and site safety.
• Control cost variations. Review BOQs, measurement sheets and bills, and keep spend inside the approved capex.
• Coordinate with design, commercial, maintenance and the offline business team to close dependencies early.
• Surface project risks with a recovery plan rather than a status update.
• Maintain project documentation, snag lists and closure reports, and feed lessons learned into future rollouts.
• Travel to sites across the region as the pipeline requires.

We hope that you have
