Job summary

Licious in Bengaluru is seeking an operations leader to oversee end-to-end last-mile/hub operations across assigned locations, and to lead Hub Managers and frontline teams.

You will drive rider/manpower hiring, monitor key metrics, manage cost and customer experience, and implement RCA-based improvements to meet targets in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Last Mile / Logistics / E-commerce / Fleet / Delivery Operations.
• Proven ability to lead large frontline teams and managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end last-mile/hub operations across assigned locations.
• Lead and develop Hub Managers / Team Leads and frontline teams.
• Drive rider/manpower hiring, attendance, productivity and retention.
• Monitor key operational metrics including SLA, delivery performance, productivity, cost and customer experience.
• Identify operational gaps and implement RCA and action plans.
• Manage daily business performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety and quality standards.
