Job summary

Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood company, is seeking a Senior Plant Finance professional to standardise MIS, KPIs and cost controls across multiple plants. The role focuses on building partnerships with Plant heads and HO finance to drive performance and value.

The ideal candidate will have CA/CMA with 5–7 years post-qualification experience in supply chain/plant finance, with strong costing, inventory management, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel to plants as needed.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA with 5–7 years post-qualification experience in Supply Chain/Plant Finance; FMCG/food/perishables experience preferred.
• Strong costing, inventory, yield/cost variance understanding and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Establish a common weekly/monthly Supply Finance cadence across plants and standardise MIS, controls and KPIs.
• Coordinate with local Plant Finance on a weekly basis and drive a common agenda.
• Benchmark plant performance on cost, yield, productivity, conversion and other operational metrics; identify gaps and drive cross-site improvement.
• Track end-to-end plant economics and identify leakage/opportunity areas across sourcing, inward, production and dispatch.
• Drive budget deployment, forecast and performance reviews at PC level with clear accountability for closure.
• Build business cases for strategic partnerships, capacity/network decisions and other plant-side initiatives.
• Act as the finance partner to Plant head and Supply Team at HO, and other central stakeholders.

We hope that you are:

• – Strong understanding of costing, inventory, yield/cost variances and operational metrics.
• – Strong analytical and business partnering skills; SAP and advanced Excel required.
• – Experience working with senior operations & other relevant stakeholders and driving performance improvement across multiple locations.
• – Willingness to travel to plants on need basis.
