Kdms Developers in Jaipur seeks an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead end-to-end execution of a high-rise residential project. You will plan schedules, monitor progress, supervise RCC, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works, and ensure adherence to drawings, specs, safety, and quality standards.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, quality control and contractor management.
• Ability to independently manage site execution and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare progress reports and update senior management on project status, risks and delays.
• Ensure timely completion of construction milestones while maintaining quality and budget discipline.
