Job summary

Riddhi Siddhi Career Point is seeking a skilled site supervisor/engineer to oversee interior fit-out turnkey projects across multiple sites. You will ensure compliance with approved drawings, supervise civil, electrical, and finishing works, and coordinate with clients and vendors to meet timelines and budget.

The role requires strong reading of drawings, effective site management, and proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Project.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret drawings/BOQs accurately.
• Strong coordination and site management abilities.
• Knowledge of materials, finishing standards, and construction methods.
• Experience with interior fit-out projects in office/hospitality/healthcare sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in project reporting tools and basic accounting/measurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute interior fit-out and turnkey projects per drawings/specifications.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities across civil, furniture, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, finishing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors.
• Prepare site progress reports and monitor project timelines.
• Ensure work quality, safety standards, and project compliance.
• Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement.
• Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor performance.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and execution challenges.
• Ensure projects complete within budget and schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and site reports.
• Attend project review meetings and provide execution updates.
• Support billing and quantity surveying teams with measurements and certifications.
