Job summary

Rvm Cad is seeking a senior Project Head to lead end-to-end interior fit-out and turnkey projects across multiple sites. You will oversee Project Managers, Site In-Charges, and execution teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget, while aligning with client expectations.

The role requires strong skills in project planning, scheduling, BOQ management, cost control, and reading architectural, civil, and MEP drawings. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 9-16 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, turnkey contracting, or design-build projects.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent projects and large execution teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, BOQ management, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
