Ideal candidates will have expertise in interior project management, commercial fit-outs, residential interiors, and stakeholder coordination, driving projects from concept to completion with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in managing interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Strong capability in client coordination with architects, consultants and vendors.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings and BOQs for accurate material estimation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects.
• Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and material requirements.
• Handle project documentation, billing, and progress reporting.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
• Lead site teams and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
