Job summary

Karomi seeks an experienced Project Manager – Implementation to lead ManageArtworks deployment at a customer site in Mumbai. You will act as the SPOC, coordinating with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery within a one-year fixed-term contract.

You will oversee requirements discussions, create detailed project plans, and manage UAT, validation, and go-live activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in project management, implementation, or onboarding.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SaaS product implementations; onboarding projects a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer-side owner and primary SPOC for the ManageArtworks implementation.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and track action items.
• Create and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep activities progressing.
• Plan and oversee UAT, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Identify and address challenges, risks, and change requests.
• Coordinate validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and sign-offs per pharma requirements.
• Support go-live, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced ProjectManager / Onboarding Manager to lead the ManageArtworks implementation projectat our customer's location in Mumbai. The role will serve as the primary pointof contact (SPOC) at the customer site, coordinating closely with customerstakeholders and liaising with internal teams to ensure successful projectexecution and delivery. This is a one-year fixed-term contract opportunity,which may be extended beyond the initial term based on business requirements.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• A ct as the customer-side owner and primary point of contact(SPOC) for the ManageArtworks implementation, driving the project to successfulcompletion.
• Collaborate closely with customer stakeholdersand internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and timelyresolution of issues.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, track action items, and ensure projectdeliverables are aligned with business objectives.
• Create, monitor, and drive project plans,timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure ontime delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams andfollow up on tasks to keep implementation activities progressing as planned.
• Plan and oversee UAT, testing, validation, anddeployment activities, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements andquality standards.
• Proactively identify, upscale, and resolveproject challenges, risks, and change requests to minimize delivery impact.
• Coordinate and support validation activities,including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), andPQ (Performance Qualification), validation documentation, test execution,defect tracking, and customer sign-offs in compliance with pharmaceuticalindustry requirements.
• Support go-live, user adoption, stakeholderengagement, and post-implementation stabilization to ensure long-term projectsuccess.

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Scienceor a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in project management,implementation, or customer onboarding roles, with proven ownershipofend-to-end delivery.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between customersand internal teams.
• Experience managing SaaS productimplementations; experience in SaaS onboarding projects is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, andproject coordination skills, with a strong focus on customer success andquality delivery.
