Job summary

ManageArtworks is seeking a client-facing consultant to support pharma, food and cosmetics customers at their sites in Mumbai. You will train users, onboard new customers and help teams adopt the ManageArtworks packaging and labeling platform.

The role requires travel across multiple Mumbai locations, day-to-day workflow support, and the ability to work 9 hours per day. The engagement runs for 6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Willing to work as a customer facing consultant in an onsite role.
• Comfortable supporting customers with day-to-day artwork and workflow activities.
• Available for a 6‑month consulting engagement, with the possibility of extension with a one month notice period.
• Willing to travel across multiple customers locations within Mumbai.
• Able to commit to 9 hours per day as part of the standard engagement.
• Willing to use their own laptop under a BYOD arrangement.
• Has 0–3 years of experience, suitable for freshers or early career professionals.
• Comfortable with a monthly invoicing model.

Responsibilities

• Act as our representative at various customer locations in Mumbai.
• Support day-to-day workflow queries and ensure smooth usage of the application.
• Train new users at customer sites on product features and workflows.
• Re-train existing users when they change roles or new team members are added.
• Conduct structured onboarding sessions to ensure all users follow standardised processes.
• Monitor user activity and help customers use the platform effectively.
• Identify gaps in understanding and provide timely guidance.
• Share product feedback and customer insights with the internal team.
• Handle multiple customer accounts and maintain training records and logs.
• Escalate complex issues to the internal support or product team.

Improve Product Adoption & Stickiness

Multi Customer Support

• Handle multiple customer accounts (not just one organization).
• Maintain a training calendar and visit schedule for different customers across Mumbai.
• Maintain training records, customer usage reports, and issue logs.
• Escalate complex issues to the internal support or product team.

Requirements

• Willing to work as a customer facing consultant in an onsite role
• Comfortable supporting customers with day-to-day artwork and workflow activities
• Available for a 6‑month consulting engagement, with the possibility of extension with a one month notice period
• Available to work Monday to Friday and open to working on weekends when requiredAble to commit to 9 hours per day as part of the standard engagement
• Willing to use their own laptop under a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) arrangement

• Comfortable with a monthly invoicing model
• Willing to travel across multiple customers locations within Mumbai
