Job summary

Dhanush EnggServices India Private Limited in Sanand, Gujarat is seeking a Project Manager for MEP fit-out projects. You will oversee site execution of mechanical works (HVAC, utilities, piping, equipment) and develop schedules using Excel, MSP, and Primavera P6.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in industrial green-field projects and a BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering. Salary offered is Rs.12 LPA, with on-site work in Sanand.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in MEP fit-out projects.
• Location: Sanand, Gujarat with willingness to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage site execution of mechanical works for fit-out projects (HVAC, utilities, piping, equipment).
• Develop and monitor detailed mechanical schedules using Excel, MSP, and Primavera P6 (MSP/P6 optional).
• Track progress, identify delays, risks, and mitigation measures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support planning and sequencing for mechanical activities.
• Maintain project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site execution of mechanical works of fit out projects (HVAC, utilities, piping, equipment installation, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed mechanical project schedules using Excel , MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6. ( MSP & P6 not mandatory)
• Track progress against baseline schedules; identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support planning, sequencing for mechanical activities.
• Maintain project documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical execution and construction methodologies.
• In depth expertise in planning and scheduling using Excel , MSP and Primavera P6. ( MSP & P6 not mandatory)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tracking sheets, analysis, dashboards).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem solving skills.
