Job summary

Cognizant invites a seasoned Project Manager LMS to lead global learning transformation initiatives. You will steer end-to-end delivery across LMS/LXP platforms, align with stakeholders, and drive program governance in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You bring 9–12 years of enterprise PM/Program management in L&D, hands-on LMS/LXP migration experience, and a track record of delivering complex tech-enabled learning programs with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/ program management experience in the Learning & Development industry.
• Proven experience managing global learning transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and LXP implementations and migrations.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple learning and technology projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed quality, cost, and schedule parameters.
• Establish project governance and provide regular executive-level status reporting.
