Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Project and Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple learning and technology initiatives. You will steer initiation through closure, aligning scope with business goals and ensuring governance across programs.

The role requires hands-on LMS and LXP implementations, managing global teams, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality. You will report to senior executives and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in the Learning & Development industry.
• Proven experience managing global learning transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and LXP implementations and migrations.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
