Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an LMS Admin+Dev with 3–9 years of experience for PAN India operations. The role emphasizes hands-on LMS implementations, data and content migrations, and integration work across APIs, ML services, and ETL tools. Strong SQL/database knowledge is required.

Candidates should be proficient with LMS data structures and standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) and be able to support middleware/integration solutions across multiple platforms. PAN India/remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in LMS implementations such as SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Saba, Moodle, or Workday Learning.
• Strong experience in data and content migration projects.
• Experience in developing and supporting middleware/integration solutions using APIs, web services, ETL tools, or integration platforms.
• Knowledge of LMS data structures and learning content standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
• Experience with SQL and database management.
