Job summary

Karomi is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Onboarding Manager to lead the ManageArtworks implementation at the customer site in Mumbai. You will serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC), coordinating with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and success.

You will drive end-to-end deliverables, plan UAT and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ where applicable), manage risks, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction throughout go-live and stabilization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS or related field.
• 8–12 years in PM, implementation, or onboarding with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management.
• Experience in SaaS product implementations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer-side owner and SPOC for ManageArtworks implementation at the client site.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, track actions, and align with business goals.
• Create and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure progress of activities.
• Plan and oversee UAT, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Identify and escalate risks and changes to minimize delivery impact.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation, documentation, test execution, and sign-offs.
• Assist go-live, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Onboarding Manager to lead the ManageArtworks implementation project at our customer's location in Mumbai. The role will serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) at the customer site, coordinating closely with customer stakeholders and liaising with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Deliverables

• Act as the customer-side owner and primary point of contact (SPOC) for the ManageArtworks implementation, driving the project to successful completion.
• Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate requirements discussions, track action items, and ensure project deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
• Create, monitor, and drive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and follow up on tasks to ensure implementation activities progress as planned.
• Plan and oversee UAT, testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Proactively identify, escal… resolve project challenges, risks, and change requests to minimize delivery impact.
• Coordinate and support validation activities, including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification), validation documentation, test execution, defect tracking, and customer sign-offs in compliance with pharmaceutical industry requirements.
• Support go-live, user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation stabilization to ensure long-term project success.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in project management, implementation, or customer onboarding roles, with proven ownership of end-to-end delivery.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between customers and internal teams.
• Experience managing SaaS product implementations; experience in SaaS onboarding projects is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills, with a strong focus on customer success and quality delivery.
