Job summary

Java Development Company in Gurgaon, India is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end product implementation projects. You will govern PMO activities, manage cross-functional and multi-vendor teams, and coordinate with stakeholders from kickoff through hypercare and closure.

You will drive risk management, executive updates, and data-driven decisions, ensuring quality and timely delivery while aligning with product and customer success teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Product Implementation.
• Proven end-to-end project implementation from kickoff to closure.
• Governance, planning, risk management, and reporting experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-vendor projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical, product, customer and external teams.
• Analytical skills with data usage metrics.
• Strong documentation, coordination, problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end product implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage PMO and project governance, including plans, risk tracking, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with technical, product, customer-facing teams, vendors, and partners.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate feature prioritization and product bug resolution with POCs.
• Track usage metrics and perform data analysis to support decisions.
• Work with Account Managers and Customer Success to ensure deliverables.
• Manage multi-vendor and global teams for quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure SDD and UAT sign-offs are completed and documented.

We are looking for Program Manager with experience in end-to-end product implementation, project governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing cross-functional, multi-vendor, and global projects from kickoff through hypercare and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end product implementation projects from initiation to hypercare and closure.
• Manage PMO and project governance, including project plans, risk tracking, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with technical, product, customer-facing teams, vendors, and partners to drive project execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate feature prioritization and product bug resolution with relevant POCs.
• Track project usage metrics and perform data analysis to support project decisions.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure project deliverables.
• Manage multi-vendor projects and global teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure SDD and UAT sign-offs are completed, internally validated, and properly documented.
