Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of VLSI/ASIC/SoC programs from initiation through tape-out in Bengaluru. You will manage project delivery, customer relationships, resource planning, and delivery excellence to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.

The role requires semiconductor services delivery expertise, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and presales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics or related field.
• Experience Delivery Manager in semiconductor/ VLSI domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple VLSI/ASIC/SoC programs from initiation through tape-out.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to ensure successful execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical managers, project leads, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business and technical requirements and ensure alignment with delivery objectives.
• Drive delivery excellence by monitoring KPIs, quality metrics, project risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer quality expectations.
• Conduct regular project reviews, governance meetings, status updates, and executive-level presentations.
• Manage customer escalations and drive timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to support presales activities, effort estimation, and solution proposal development.
• Optimize resource utilization and build high-performing, scalable engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and automation adoption across delivery programs.
• Monitor project profitability, revenue forecasts, and overall account health to achieve business objectives.
• Support talent acquisition, capability development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across teams.

Summary
