Job summary

UST is seeking an Engagement Manager – Asset & Wealth Management to manage strategic client relationships and large-scale managed services engagements. The candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, including application support, DBA services, and governance, with a proven track record in P&L and revenue management.

The role requires leading onsite-offshore delivery teams, managing $10M+ revenue portfolios, and driving continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset & Wealth Management domain required.
• Proven track record in Managed Services / IT service delivery.
• Experience managing revenue portfolios of $10M+.
• Strong understanding of P&L, financial management, and governance.
• Experience leading application support, DBA, or enterprise IT operations.
• Excellent client relationship management with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and large distributed teams.
• Strong SLA/KPI management, capacity planning, and risk management.

The Opportunity

UST is looking for an experienced Engagement Manager – Asset & Wealth Management to manage strategic client relationships and large-scale managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Asset & Wealth Management, managed services delivery, P&L/revenue management, client engagement, and onsite-offshore delivery models, with proven ownership of portfolios exceeding $10M in revenue.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• 12+ years of experience in IT services, managed services, engagement management, or related areas, with significant experience in the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
• Location are Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Trivandrum
